Sponsoring the 2026 Tennis with a Heart Charity Tournament is a Win-Win

Tennis players are an important demographic both as consumers and business executives, and a small donation gets your name in front our players from now through the end of the tournament, and beyond. The players benefit because your sponsorship allows us to provide the venue, food, and refreshment. Most importantly, the bulk of your tax-deductible donation will go straight to the Texas Children’s Hospital Cancer Center and the Houston Chapter of the American Heart Association to help them in their vital missions. All of the people staging the event are volunteers, and not a dime of administrative or management fees is retained.

For sponsorship categories that include banner or T-shirt printing, we need to have your commitment by Monday, October 26 and your company logo in EPS, SVG, or Adobe Illustrator format no later than Friday, October 30 in order to be certain we can have all materials readied by the start of the event. If you do not have your artwork in one of those three vector-based formats, we may be able to help if you can get us the highest resolution image that you have, but we’ll need a couple of extra days to work on it so please have that artwork to us by Wednesday, October 28.

Sponsorship Levels

Aces Sponsor: $2,500+

The Aces Sponsor will have a separate profile page on the event Website, will have a large company banner displayed prominently at the tournament venue, and sponsorship will be announced over the PA system during the tournament. In addition, the sponsor will be listed on the tournament’s “Sponsored by” page and will have their logo or name on the refreshment table. The Aces sponsor will receive entry into the tournament for two teams. The company logo and/or name will also be featured in a headline position on the commemorative event T-shirt given to all players.

Match Sponsor: $2,000

The Match Sponsor will have a separate profile page on the event Website and sponsorship will be announced over the PA system during the tournament. In addition, the sponsor will be listed on the tournament’s “Sponsored by” page and will have their logo or name on the refreshment table. The Match sponsor will receive entry into the tournament for two teams. The company logo and/or name will also be printed on the commemorative event T-shirt given to all players.

Set Sponsor: $1,500

The Set Sponsor will be listed on the tournament’s “Sponsored by” page and will have their logo or name on the refreshment table. The Set sponsor will receive entry into the tournament for one team. The company logo and/or name will also be printed on the commemorative event T-shirt given to all players.

Game Sponsor: $1,000

The Game Sponsor will be listed on the tournament’s “Sponsored by” page and will have their logo or name on the refreshment table. The Game sponsor will receive entry into the tournament for one team.

Other Donors

The donor’s name will be displayed on the event Website’s “Sponsored by” page.
